ABOUT THE WORLD ORDER OF FOOTBALL
The World Order Of Football is a multi-player professional football simulation league that uses Front Office Football 2007 as its simulation engine. The league first came into being shortly after Jim Gindin, lead developer of the award-winning FOF series, announced the new title at the Front Office Football Central forums. Ben Lewis invited many well-known and longtime members of the FOF community to start a new league using the new game.

The league took on the concept of a football league that includes franchises in both North America and Europe. Greg Stelmack was quickly elected commish. The initial player pool was a fictional one generated by FOF, and there was a 12-round live draft followed by a 41 rounds of preference-based drafting to get things started. The draft took place in December 2006 and January 2007, and the league started shortly thereafter with the 2006 season.

Greg remained as commish until he stepped down at his request after the 2007 season was completed (September '07.) Ben took over as commish at that point, and has remained in that role since.

The league now boasts one of the most competitive owner lists of all FOF leagues, and the current 2021 season is the league's 16th. We usually don't have a ton of turnover, but real life does get in the way from time to time, causing openings to occur. If you're interested in joining us, head to the Prospective Owners sub-forum, and follow the instructions there.
