| Breaking News | | Monday, November 10th, 2177: Inostrosos's Great Year Nets Cy Young Award
The hottest hurler in the Western Circuit last season was Juan Inostrosos of the Louisiana Crawfish. He caught the attention of everybody in the league on his way to winning the 2177 WC Cy Young Award.
Inostrosos starred with an impressive 22-7 record in 35 starts. The Crawfish ace gave up 165 base hits and struck out 254 in 246.1 innings with a 2.12 ERA.

Louisiana has lost starting pitcher Juan Inostrosos for at least 10 months. He was hurt in a game against the Gold Rush while throwing a pitch and sustained a ruptured tricep tendon. His doctors said Inostrosos will probably be out the rest of the year.
In season stats Inostrosos shows a 22-7 record in 35 games, 246.1 innings, 254 strikeouts and a 2.12 ERA.
