| Breaking News | | Friday, December 12th, 2177: Done Deal: Noble for Gordon
25-year old reliever Jim Noble will now be playing for the Charlotte Cougars and 22-year old minor league second baseman Chris Gordon will be suiting up for the Mexico City Aztecs. The trade was announced today at a press conference by club officials.
For his career Noble has picked up 2 wins and 6 losses with 1 save, a 5.37 ERA and 45 strikeouts in 57 innings.

The Charlotte Cougars have parted ways with 27-year old reliever Glen Morrow in a trade with the Havana Pirates for 19-year old minor league right fielder Valentín González. The Cougars general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning.
Over his career Morrow has put up a 3.43 ERA and fanned 106 hitters in 152 innings. His record stands at 7-7 with 1 save.

Charlotte has worked out terms of a deal to send 23-year old shortstop Bill Clifton to San Diego for 22-year old minor league catcher Juan Fernández. Both teams expect to introduce the players to their new teammates within a day or two.
